We serve homeowners in Altoona with the full range of drainage and waterproofing services, from wet-basement repair to yard drainage and sump pump installation.
Chippewa Falls
Chippewa Falls sits among the Chippewa River, Duncan Creek, and dam-raised Lake Wissota, and its century-old foundations, West Hill's stone walls included, take on water from all three. We help homeowners there with basement waterproofing, foundation drainage, and more.

One Region, Two Kinds of Ground
Everywhere we work in the Chippewa Valley, the same forces are at work: hard freeze-thaw winters, a spring snowmelt that lands on ground still too frozen to take it, and groundwater that rises to meet it. What changes from town to town is the ground itself. The Eau Claire valley floor is sandy river outwash with a shallow water table that pushes up under basement floors, while the uplands around it drain slowly and shed runoff downhill. Knowing which kind of ground a house stands on is exactly why local experience matters: we know what causes water problems here and how to solve them for the long term.
