Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Eau Claire Drainage & Waterproofing collects when you use this website, what we do with it, and how to ask us to correct or delete it. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you send a form on this site, we receive what you typed into it: your name and phone number, plus your email address, your street address or city, the service you are asking about, the answers you chose in the short questionnaire on the home page, and any message you wrote, depending on which form you used. The form also records which page it was sent from and the time the page was opened, which is used to screen out automated submissions.

When a page loads, the site records the page address and the name of the website that linked you here, so we can count visits. Like any website, the servers involved also see basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type. Our form service uses those two details to make an anonymous code that changes every day, so each visitor is counted once, and to note whether the visit came from a phone or a computer. It keeps your IP address and browser type with any form you send. This site does not set cookies and does not run advertising scripts.

When you call the number on this site, our phone system logs your phone number and the date, time, and length of the call, and the call may be recorded, so we can count the calls the site brings in and follow up on them.

How we use it

We use what you send us to answer your request: to call, text, or email you back, to schedule an inspection, and to prepare a quote. We use visit counts to understand which pages are useful.

Who we share it with

Your request goes to the people needed to respond to it and carry out the work. That can include an independent local contractor who performs the inspection or the installation. We do not pass your information to anyone else for their own marketing.

Forms and visit counts are handled by our form service at forms.xyzsystems.co, which stores each submission and delivers it to us by email. To do that, it sends the contents of each submission to two outside providers: an automated spam-screening service and an email delivery service. Phone calls are handled by a separate phone service provider.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@eauclairedrainage.com with the subject line "Privacy request" or call 715-953-0369.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
